We are in the country of the Mediterranean Diet, between Salerno and Paestum. And precisely in Battipaglia, which has a great choice of local products to offer. The renowned Buffalo Mozzarella, fine vegetables that grow on Piana del Sele plain, anchovies from the Gulf of Salerno and D.O.P. olive oil from the hills around Salerno are just some of the products that our chef, Lorenzo Forlano, uses to prepare original dishes inspired by the colours of nature.
