In Battipaglia, in the land of the Mediterranean Diet, characterized by delicious and healthy products, we offer many excellent products: the renowned Mozzarella di Bufala, the precious vegetables of Piana del Sele, the anchovies of the Gulf of Salerno, the Dop oil of the Salernitane Hills are just some of the products that our chef Lorenzo Forlano translates into dishes alternatives that follow the colors of nature.
A gastronomic journey that starts from breakfast made up of homemade cakes, selected jams, mozzarella, cold cuts, local cheeses and fresh fruit, in a healthy balance between sweet and savory.
At dinner you will be conquered by the great variety of dishes and gastronomic specialties. The Palace Hotel offers its guests the opportunity to dine with the option of Half Board or to book the table to eat à la Carte.
Half board is a dedicated menu that our Chef Lorenzo Forlano renews every day, while à la carte it is possible to select the dishes you want and compose your own menu choosing between assorted appetizers, first and second courses of sea and land and tasty desserts.
From the cellar, the right wine for every dish: from the big names in viticulture to small family-run companies, our map includes the best wines of the Salerno and Campania wine scene.
For half-board guests the daily menu includes three courses to choose from first, second, fruit or dessert. On request menus compatible with food intolerances and cultural needs.
